Advanced Step Class. Do I need to say more? Why didn’t I start with something a little more basic for my first time? Well, honestly, I didn’t realize it was advanced until I got there. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It was tough, but I stayed the entire 60 + minutes even though I probably looked like I was learning to walk for the first time. I had a good work out, and my endorphins are flowing from laughing at myself. I guess that’s like me. I learned to walk before I ever crawled. I’ll keep you posted on my new love for trying new things.
